With over 30 years in homebuilding, Scott has led corporate divisions for national builders, owned and operated a regional luxury building company, and personally overseen the construction of homes across Florida, Virginia, Michigan, and Montana—contributing to more than 11,000 homes built throughout his career. Now exclusively focused on custom builds in Florida and Michigan, he brings a proven eye for quality and precision to every project. His passion lies in the details—ensuring everything is done correctly so you receive a flawlessly constructed home that stands the test of time, with lasting value and peace of mind.

Growing up immersed in the homebuilding world on job sites, Nick recently transitioned from a successful 10-year career at one of the nation's largest financial companies, where he rose to Vice President before founding his own Detroit-based company. This unique background equips him with fresh insights into leading large teams, optimizing processes, and driving results in high-stakes environments. He works directly with you and our team to provide clear communication, proactive updates, and exceptional organization, delivering a smooth, transparent building journey with reduced stress and greater confidence every step of the way.
