The Reserve at North Lake
A ~6,200 sq ft estate program with cabana pavilion, motor gallery, and resort pool envelope—calibrated for multigenerational hosting and private staff circulation.
Overview
Presented as sample marketing content for stakeholder reviews—not a contractual offering. Architecturally, we’re choreographing a contemporary coastal language: horizontal stone datum, bronze-accented fascia, and an H-shaped plan separating guest wing, family wing, and entertainers’ core. Interiors pursue quiet luxury—neutral plaster, smoked oak casing, tactile stone, layered lighting scenarios for both daylight and gala evenings.
The outdoor program behaves as secondary architecture: alfresco cooking, shaded conversation courts, sunken fire lounge, spa runnel, and a cabana anchored for pool-house service plus storm-rated enclosure for AV and fitness.

Plans & lifestyle media
High-net-worth purchasers expect curated artifacts—plans, elevations, lifestyle vignettes, and fly-through teasers. These visuals are placeholders; production would sync to DAM or Vimeo/YouTube embeds.
